MAP Activities

MAP stands for Millfield Activities Programme. It's a massive amount of activities that you can participate in. There are a whopping 90 in total, and range from Astronomy to Karate.

At the start of each term, you have to register after school from 3.40pm to 5pm.
  3's - 2 MAPS
  4's - 1 MAP
  5's - optional
  L6 - 1 MAP
  U6 - optional

The registering process is quite good fun. Basically, registration is held in a big room with tables for each MAP available. Your aim is to get to that table and sign your name down, before the total number of spaces available for that MAP has been filled! You can imagine the struggle!

Anyway, it's all good fun, and you usually get the MAP you want. Even if you don't, there is bound to be another that you'd like to do.
